Great customer service.
Service department: Customer service was not the best. Came in, the vibe I immediately got was " what do you want" instead of " how can I help you" .Didn't receive updates.. instead I had to keep calling.In person, their attitudes makes me not want to be there. Over the phone, great. Vehicle fixed?... YesO.k customer service? ....I guess?Would I come back?... Only if I am in area. Would ask for noePositive: Noe explained everything I didn't understand about my vehicle without being condescending and sent me an email as to what work I needed.
Staff are always helpful in the service department.

Excellent customer service. You can tell that people are happy working here, everyone is very friendly. I sat in the waiting area for a couple hours, each time an employee walked in to get a drink from the mini fridge-they’d smile and say hi then ask if I’d like something to drink. Noe was able to have my truck looked at and fixed within 3 hours. The other dealerships I had called said I would need to leave my truck for a few days just to get it looked at. I drove from San Antonio to Devine for this service and it was worth it. Thanks!
